The Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania College of Liberal Arts, Bloomsburg, held its annual end-of-the-year awards ceremony on May 5 to recognize 30 students for their outstanding achievements during the year.
Justin Hartman of York was the recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Award in Foreign Languages - German.
