Volunteers are needed to wrap holiday gifts at Park City Center during the Christmas season. Sponsored by United Disabilities Services Foundation (UDS), the UDS gift wrap booth will celebrate its 50th anniversary this year.
The booth will operate daily in the former Sears wing of Park City Center from Black Friday, Nov. 26, through Christmas Eve, Friday, Dec. 24. Booth hours are from noon to 8 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays and from noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays.
More than 250 volunteers from the community are needed to cover all available shifts. A shift is typically four hours. Volunteers must be age 14 and older and must follow COVID protocols, including wearing a mask, social distancing, and using hand sanitizer.
To learn more or to sign up for a shift, contact Radha Dave at 717-203-0029 or radhad@udservices.org. Proceeds from the gift wrap booth will benefit UDS, serving people with disabilities.
