Hempfield United Methodist Church (UMC), 3050 Marietta Ave., Lancaster, will be a viewing site for a Beth Moore Living Proof simulcast on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Included are three teaching sessions featuring Beth Moore as well as worship led by Travis Cottrell and the Living Proof Live Praise Team. The theme for the simulcast is "Strong Sisters." Moore's teaching will be based on Proverbs 31 and will focus on what it means to be secure in Christ so that women can teach the next generation how to have strength and dignity.
Doors will open at 9 a.m. The simulcast will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. in the sanctuary, which has cushioned seats. The admission fee includes a full day of teaching and worship, as well as lunch. Ample parking is available, and the church is handicapped-accessible. To register by Sunday, Sept. 15, readers may visit http://www.hempfieldumc.org/livingproof.
