Hempfield United Methodist Church (UMC), 3050 Marietta Ave., Lancaster, will host an event for men on Saturday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
"Guy Stuff - Things Men Struggle With" will feature headline speaker Steve Fessler, area director of Priority One, a relational outreach ministry to men, utilizing the dynamics and relational aspects of small group ministry and personal discipleship. Founded in 1981 as a small local ministry, the operation now extends throughout several mid-Atlantic states.
Break-out sessions at the event will include "Handyman 101," "Family Budgeting," and "Family Communication." A lunch of wings, bacon, and burgers will be provided. The event will also include a corn hole tournament and a time of worship.
