Higher Design Barber Studio has opened its second barbershop location, located in the York Galleria Mall, 2899 Whiteford Road, on the lower level, as of July 30, 2019. The 1,350-square-foot shop is open during the normal mall business hours of Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
According to Urie Holley, Higher Barber Studio owner and barber, the goal of the business is to continue to provide a positive establishment with a multicultural atmosphere for all individuals. Higher Design Barber Studio is a traditional barbershop equipped with six barber stations. There are a wide variety of services offered, including haircuts and shaves, along with esthetic services such as facials, lash extensions, eyebrows, and hot towel services. The studio has set a goal to continue adding to its list of services to provide an overall premium experience.
