Historical Site To Hold Program

"The Life and World of William Chester Ruth" will be the theme of a Landis Valley Village and Farm Museum program at Thursday, June 6, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Landis Valley Christian Fellowship, 2420 Kissel Hill Road, Lancaster, next to the museum.

After a complimentary light lunch, Leroy Hopkins will put the noted inventor's world into historical context. The presentation will then move to the agricultural exhibit in the Bitzer Building, where Dr. Bruce Bomberger will interpret and answer questions about three Chester Ruth machines on display.
