On Wednesday, April 24, at 7 p.m., the Historical Society of the Cocalico Valley will present the program "Lancaster Generals" at Ephrata Public Library, 550 S. Reading Road. Speaker Robert Frick will discuss Maj. Gen. Edward Hand and Maj. Gen. John Reynolds from Lancaster County, both of whom were present at significant turning points in American history and played important roles.
