Hope's Closet, a resale shop located at Pathway Community Church, 1731 W. Philadelphia St., York, is continuing its extended hours. It will be open on the first and third Fridays of the month from 5 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, Aug. 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
There will be a fill-a-bag sale on all men's, women's and children's apparel. The sale does not include shoes and accessories. Hope's Closet will also offer women's summer dresses, suits, tops, slacks, capris and shorts in sizes from extra small to 4X, as well as men's shirts, pants, shorts and light jackets. Children's clothing will feature a large selection of children's bathing suits.
Hope's Closet also has a selection of garden accessories, picnic items and outdoor items, as well as housewares, including pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glassware. It also offers children's books, games and puzzles and pull toys.
