Hope's Closet, a resale shop located at Pathway Community Church, 1731 W. Philadelphia St., York, will continue its extended hours of 5 to 8 p.m. on the first and third Fridays of the month, in addition to its regular Saturday hours. Upcoming hours will be 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16.
Newly received Christmas and winter fashions for ladies will be available. Attendees may register to win a large Hershey stuffed bear. The winner's name will be drawn on Saturday, Dec. 21. No purchase is necessary.
Fall decorating items such as wreaths, tablecloths and wall hangings, as well as baking pans or utensils, will be discounted. Also, the Christmas shop will be open, featuring tree ornaments, table decorations, gift items, children's books, puzzles, games and more.
Free clothing items will be available for people of all ages, as well as free food, including bread.
