David A. and Brenda Houck of York and Charles G. Jr. and Janie Mullen of York have announced the engagement of Nicole M. Houck of York and Charles G. Mullen III of York.
The bride-elect graduated from Dallastown Area High School in 2005 and HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, in 2012. She is employed by the Margaret E. Moul Home in York.
Mr. Mullen graduated from Dallastown Area High School in 2004, York College of Pennsylvania in 2008, and Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences in 2017. He is employed by Supplemental Health Care in Amherst, N.Y.
An October wedding is planned.
