A free informational session to learn more about providing child foster care and adoption will be hosted from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, by Diakon Adoption and Foster Care. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, information sessions will be conducted online.
Diakon staff will explain foster parenting as well as the processes involved in adopting a child. Attendees also will learn about children available for adoption as well as the foster-to-adopt program.
