The White Rose Leadership Institute has announced that applications are now open to join the York Federal Fellows Class of 2020.
The York Federal Fellows program offers nonprofit executive leaders the opportunity to spend a year developing professionally and personally while expanding their leadership skills. With a grant of up to $5,000 each, the executives pursue their development and connect with their nonprofit peers during regular workshop sessions throughout the year.
Information and applications are available at https://whiteroseleadershipinstitute.org/york-federal-fellows. The application deadline is Friday, Oct. 4.
The Class of 2020 will join 61 York Federal Fellows who have been named over the past 13 years.
Bob Pullo, on behalf of York Federal Savings and Loan Foundation, and Bill Wolf founded the York Federal Fellows program in 2006 to encourage and support strong leadership in York's nonprofit sector.
York Federal Fellows apply to the program in the fall and are considered on criteria that include a demonstrated collaborative approach to leadership in the community, a self-development plan that meaningfully increases the applicant's capacity as a leader in the community, and plans that add value to the applicant's organization and the York community.
