The Eastern York School District music department will host an instrument interest night on Wednesday, Sept. 4, at 6:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center at Eastern York High School, 720 Cool Creek Road, Wrightsville. The event is open to families with students in grades three through eight for orchestra instruments and grades four through eight for band instruments.
District faculty members and high school instrumentalists will be on hand to help students try out up to three different instruments to see what is the best fit for them. Representatives of the Eastern York Band Boosters and Performing Arts Boosters, as well as Menchey Music, will also be on hand to answer questions.
