Jump for Joy (J4J), a nondenominational Christian fitness program, has begun its spring Zoom session. Classes will be held on Tuesday, April 13, and Thursdays, April 8 and 15, at 5:55 p.m. This is the 33rd year that Jump for Joy is providing area women with opportunities for regular fitness and fellowship. J4J seeks to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Each Zoom class begins with a short devotional and prayer. The instructor and program creator, Lynn Kuhn, then leads participants through a complete body workout, via aerobic dance routines choreographed to upbeat Christian and positive mainstream music. The one-hour workout combines stretches, cardio, strength, core, and balance moves.
Attendees may attend their first class for free. For more information, visit https://jumpforjoychristianfitness.vpweb.com, call Kuhn at 717-269-3031, or email jump4joy87@verizon.net or hisjoyjumps@icloud.com.
