Juniper Communities has announce that Great Place to Work Institute has honored Juniper Village at Mount Joy as a great workplace for the second consecutive year. In honor of this achievement, Juniper Village held a Great Place to Work Celebration Day on July 17 to celebrate with employees and residents.
Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members' experiences on the job. These included employee pride in the organization's community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.
