Columbia's Haunted Lantern Tour, presented by Rivertowne Theatre Productions, will hold open auditions on Saturday, June 8, and Sunday, June 9, at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 23 S. Sixth St., Columbia. Auditions will run from 1 to 4 p.m. both days.
This year's theme will be "Urban Spirits," which will take the tour out of the cemetery and into downtown Columbia, exploring the borough's extensive history of prohibition, innovation, and crime. The Rivertowne Trolley will return for this year's event.
Auditions are open to individuals age 16 and older. Anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No prepared lines or prior experience is necessary.
