A spotted lanternfly training will take place on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Quarryville Library, 357 Buck Road, Quarryville.
The Southern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce will team up with the Quarryville Library, Penn State Extension and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to sponsor the free training. The Chamber welcomes any business or member of the community to the event.
Those who are unable to attend the training can take the course online for free by visitiing https://extension.psu.edu/spotted-lanternfly-permit-training.
