Lancaster County Planning Commission (LCPC) will host a group viewing of the Penn State Extension webinar titled "Municipal Options for Meeting MS4 Compliance Without Breaking the Budget" on Wednesday, March 20, from noon to 1:15 p.m. The webinar will be viewed in the HR Training Room at the Lancaster Government Building, 150 N. Queen St., Lancaster.
The webinar focuses on four best management practices: retrofitting of existing detention ponds, installation of permeable pavements, construction of rain gardens, and restoration of streambanks. The websinar also addresses pipeline safety.
