Jessica Lee of Mount Joy and Randy Gutshall of Mount Joy have announced their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Jacqueline Waterworth of Ephrata. She graduated from Donegal High School in 2008. She is employed by Lehigh Valley Respiratory Care in East Petersburg.
Mr. Gutshall is the son of Donald and Deborah Gutshall of Elizabethtown. He attended Elizabethtown Area High School. He is employed by RSS Distributors in Manheim.
A Sept. 7 wedding is planned.
