Libraries Will Host Community Conversations

York County Libraries (YCL) has announced the fall dates for its Community Conversations series. Led by YCL president Robert F. Lambert, the events will provide a forum for community members to share what they need from their libraries. In turn, Lambert will update residents about the projects and strategic initiatives being implemented by York County Libraries to address community needs.

Community Conversations are scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Guthrie Memorial Library, Hanover; Wednesday, Sept. 25, at Kaltreider-Benfer Library, Red Lion; Tuesday, Nov. 19, at Dover Area Community Library, Dover; and Thursday, Nov. 21, at Paul Smith Library of Southern York County, Shrewsbury.

The meetings are open to the public free of charge. Questions may be directed to individual libraries or to YCL staff at 717-849-6969. For directions and more information, readers may visit http://www.yorklibraries.org.
