The Parkesburg Library, 105 West St., will present a program about Medicare on Saturday, March 9, at 9 a.m. Guest presenter Adam Krassen will help attendees with their Medicare questions. Krassen is an independent insurance agent who specializes in Medicare, as well as dental, vision, life and long-term care.
