Lititz Public Library, 651 Kissel Hill Road, Lititz, will present the first Mini Chef Monday program, "Summertime Sundaes," on July 22 at 1 p.m. Mini Chef Mondays will provide children with the basic skills needed to create a balanced snack.
Kilene Knitter, Giant Food Stores nutritionist, will present "Summertime Sundaes," a free cooking class for children age 6 and under. The food items to be used include dairy products and items that contain gluten. Participants must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver, and space is limited to 15 children.
