Parkesburg Library, 106 West St., Parkesburg, will be the site of a program on how to "Outsmart the Scammers" on Saturday, June 15, at 9:30 a.m. Brendan Murphy, of a local investment company, will present the topic.
Attendees will learn how to spot red flags that may indicate a fraudulent encounter, resources they can turn to in the event that they or a loved one is targeted and steps they can take now to help protect themselves and their loved ones.
