Phoenixville Public Library, 183 Second Ave., Phoenixville, will present Movie Night on Thursday, July 11, at 7 p.m. The library will screen "The Public," a 2018 movie that is rated PG-13. The drama focuses on what happens when homeless people in Cincinnati take over the public library to seek shelter from the cold.
