Martin Library, 159 E. Market St., York, will participate in Giving Tuesday, a global celebration of giving, on Dec. 3. Giving Tuesday is intended to harness the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations in nearly 60 countries to encourage giving and celebrate generosity worldwide, inspiring people to give to the causes they believe in to create strong communities and a better world.
