Three recurring programs will be held on Mondays. Born to Read, designed for babies up to age 18 months and their caregivers, will run from 9:30 to 9:50 a.m. Anime Club, open to teens ages 13 to 18, will meet from 4 to 5 p.m. Paws 2 Read will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m., allowing children ages 6 to 11 to read to a dog; readers may register for a 15-minute time slot.
Programs on Tuesdays will include Discord Hangouts: Gaming from 3 to 5 p.m. for those ages 13 to 18; Animal Crossing with The Library for youths ages 11 to 18 from 3:30 to 5 p.m.; and Family Story Time from 6 to 6:30 p.m. for families with children of all ages.
On Wednesdays, Toddler Story Time, open to children ages 19 to 35 months and their caregivers, will run from 10 to 10:30 a.m., and Virtual Create Lab for children ages 6 to 12 will meet from 4 to 4:45 p.m. The YA Book Club will meet on Wednesdays from 4 to 6:30 p.m. and is open to teens ages 14 to 17.
Discord Hangouts: Chat will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursdays and is open to those ages 13 to 18. Preschool Story Time will be offered on Fridays from 10 to 10:30 a.m. for children ages 3 to 5 and their caregivers.
On Fridays, Preschool Story Time will be offered for children ages 3 to 5 and their caregivers from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Dungeons and Dragons for those ages 13 to 18, will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. on Fridays and from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
Twitch: Women of Gaming will be held on Mondays, March 15 and 22, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. for tweens and teens ages 11 to 14. A Twitch account is required to chat, but not to view.
Mental Health Series: Meditation will occur on Wednesday, March 10, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. for people age 18 and up of any experience level, including those who have never meditated before.
D&D Tutorial (Tweens and Teens) will be offered on Thursday, March 11, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. for people ages 11 to 18.
Dungeons and Dragons (Adults), for people age 18 and up, is planned for March 11 from 7 to 8 p.m. Dungeons and Dragons players of all experience levels are welcome.
Adults may attend Animal Crossing: New Horizons on Tuesday, March 16, from 4 to 6 p.m.
Voices of F.E.W.: The Life and Legacy of Frances Ellen Watkins Harper will be presented for teens age 16 and up and adults on Wednesday, March 17, from 6 to 7 p.m. Sharia Benn, president and executive director of the Sankofa African American Theatre Company, will perform an excerpt from her original production "Voices of F.E.W." Jean Corey, professor of English and director of the Center for Public Humanities at Messiah University, will delve into the historical context of Harper's writing.
Mindfulness for Teens, for people ages 13 to 18, will take place on Saturday, March 20, from 10 to 11 a.m.
Job Seeker Resources: The Power of Personal Brand: Learning to Communicate and Present Yourself Professionally has been set for Tuesday, March 23, from 6 to 7 p.m. for people age 18 and up.
Leaving Your Legacy will be offered on Wednesday, March 24, from 6 to 7 p.m. Jay Bhagat from Financial Education Partnership will help participants age 18 and up map out a plan for their legacy.
An Author of the Year Program, a discussion of "The Bullfighter Checks Her Makeup: My Encounters With Extraordinary People" by Susan Orlean, will be held on Thursday, March 25, from 4 to 5 p.m. This program is for adults.
A Pajama Party will be held on March 25 from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Attendees may enjoy stories and activities related to sleeping, pajamas, and having fun with family.
Lawyers in Libraries: Civil Legal Services: How to Restore Your Driver's License will be presented for people age 18 and up on March 25 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. by attorney Edward F. Spreha Jr. of Wagner & Spreha.
Lively Minds Workshop: Chocolate Tasting with Frederic Loraschi will occur on Tuesday, March 30, from 7 to 8 p.m. for people age 18 and up. The world-renowned chocolatier will lead a chocolate tasting and share about the chocolate-making process. Registrants will receive instructions to pick up a chocolate sampler for the program.
Knit One, Crochet Too! will gather from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31, and is open to individuals age 15 and older.
