Library Will Display Artwork

Glen Rock artist Maryanne Smith is exhibiting her paintings, pastels, and prints at the Arthur Hufnagel Public Library through the month of October.

Her subjects include florals, animals, and classic views of Glen Rock and the surrounding area, including the 1904 Hunt homestead. All the works in the exhibit are available for purchase.

Smith has donated a pastel of Glen Rock titled "Under the Rainbow," based on a photograph taken last summer, to benefit the library and Zion Lutheran Church. The library is holding a silent auction of the pastel through the end of October. For more information, readers may call 717-235-1127 or email hufnagellibrary@yorklibraries.org.
