Milanof-Schock Library, 1184 Anderson Ferry Road, Mount Joy will offer the program "The ABCs of CBD" on Monday, June 17, at 6 p.m. This informational session will be presented by Tyler Ashley, whose family has been a part of the Mount Joy community for over 16 years.
