The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is sponsoring Big Climb Central Pennsylvania on Saturday, May 16, at Pennsylvania Place, 301 Chestnut St., Harrisburg. Participants will challenge themselves to climb 25 flights of stairs in honor of firefighters and first responders, who have an increased risk for several types of cancer due to the hazardous chemicals they are exposed to in the line of duty.
