Ian Clardy, branch manager and loan consultant of the CrossCountry Mortgage branch at 183 Bridge St., Phoenixville, has been named to the Scotsman Guide Top Originators list for 2022. The list, which ranks residential loan originators nationwide by number of loans closed and total annual value, is a performance benchmark for mortgage industry organizations and professionals.
Clardy, who has served area customers for 12 years, is ranked 2,681st on the latest Scotsman Guide list, which was derived from more than 14,500 entries. He joins 527 other CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) loan officers from across the U.S. in this year's rankings.
