The Village Encore Band is recruiting new members for its Christmas concert on Friday, Dec. 6, in Deike Auditorium on the campus of Masonic Village, 1 Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown. Instrumentalists of high school age and older who play woodwind, brass, or percussion instruments are welcome. There are no auditions.
The band rehearses two Sundays a month from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in Deike Auditorium on the second floor of the Freemason Cultural Center. The Christmas program will include a variety of sacred and secular songs of the season.
