The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) has honored Laura Kaplan as one of its Top 250 Latino Agents in America for 2022. More than 2,000 agents were nominated from across the United States, including Puerto Rico.
This award recognizes Kaplan, a sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Exton as one of the most successful Latino real estate agents in the United States based on residential closed transaction sides and volume in 2021. According to NAHREP, Kaplan has helped many individuals to realize their dream of homeownership while supporting NAHREP's mission to advance sustainable Hispanic homeownership.
NAHREP ranked Kaplan 235th among the Top 250 individual agents in the nation with 50 transactions sides for 2021 sales. Kaplan also ranked 19th in the Top 100 Northeast individual agents based on transaction sides.
Winners of the 2022 Top 250 Latino Agents Award self-reported an ethnic background of at least 25% Hispanic or Latino origin. The NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents Awards, now in its 11th year and in association with Alterra Home Loans, evaluated agents in categories of the top 250 agents, top teams, top agents and teams by volume, top agents in their respective regions, top rookie agents and top buyers-side agents and teams. Award winners will be recognized by NAHREP at L'ATTITUDE in San Diego on Thursday, Sept. 22, through Sunday, Sept. 25.
