The Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Engagement announced locations selected for Lunch With the Mayor. Lunch With the Mayor will allow Lancaster Mayor Danene Sorace to meet with residents in a casual environment where she can learn more about them and their neighborhoods.
Businesses and organizations willing to host were invited to apply in February. The following locations in Lancaster were selected: Rafiki Shoppe, 1027 Dillerville Road; Himalayan Curry and Grill, 22 E. Orange St.; The Alley Kat, 30 W. Lemon St.; Light of the World Church, 148 Locust St.; HUBUB World Market, 257 W. King St.; and Church World Services, 308 E. King St.
Dates are still being finalized and will be released on social media when confirmed. Lunch With the Mayor will be open to the public. There is no cost to attend; however, attendees are responsible for their own food and beverage purchases at the restaurants.
