Make-A-Wish Offers Virtual Talent Show

This summer, Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware and Susquehanna Valley is hosting its first-ever virtual talent show, "Stars at Home." More than 45 former local wish children are participating in the fundraising competition. These wish children recorded videos of their talents at home, and the public can vote to determine a winner. A range of talents will be featured during the virtual event, including singing, dancing, gymnastics, and magic.

Community members are encouraged to follow along with Stars At Home on the chapter's social media sites. Make-A-Wish will share new wish child talent videos on its channels each day through the end of August. Readers can vote for their favorite act by giving a nominal donation. Each donation counts as one vote.

The top three finishers will receive prize packages, which will include 25 gallons of ice cream, gift cards to fast food restaurants, or a gift card from a credit card company.

All funds raised through Stars at Home will help grant wishes for local children. To learn more, readers may visit https://StarsAtHomePHL.com.
