The Manheim Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring an Educate 2 Cultivate educational program, themed "Capitalizing on Local Economic Initiatives." It will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Rapho Township Building, 971 N. Colebrook Road, Manheim. Attendees will hear directly from key individuals at the county level who are creating, implementing and managing various programs.
