Chester County Board of Commissioners' vice chair Josh Maxwell has completed the Center for Excellence in County Leadership (CEL) program, a professional development curriculum administered by the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP). The training included classes in leadership style, managerial versatility, interpersonal dynamics, problem-solving, and decision-making.
CCAP's 2021 CEL program was produced by York-based The Professional Edge Inc.
