Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse has presented a proclamation declaring September Harrisburg Professional Firefighters Local 428 Fill the Boot Month in recognition of Local 428's commitment to helping local families living with neuromuscular disease.
Local 428 is showing its continued support for the Muscular Dystrophy Association as its members kick off the annual Fill the Boot fundraising campaign. The drive raises funds to help transform the lives of those living with muscular dystrophy.
