The inaugural Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Golf Classic will take place on Friday, April 26, at Dauphin Highlands Golf Course, 650 S. Harrisburg St., Harrisburg.
Registration for individuals and groups of four will begin at 11 a.m. Golf will begin at noon with a shotgun start, and a buffet dinner and award ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. Contests and a silent auction will also be featured.
The event will support the Central Pennsylvania Region MDA in Harrisburg, which works to combat the harmful effects of muscular dystrophy, ALS, and related illnesses that severely weaken muscle strength and mobility.
