Mason-Dixon Business Association (MDBA) will hold its monthly luncheon on Wednesday, April 17, at 510 Johnnys, 510 Marketplace Drive, Bel Air, Md. The guest speaker will be Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler. Networking will begin at 11:30 a.m., with lunch served at noon.
