Brady Calvin Mellinger recently graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in athletic training.
While at the University of Pittsburgh, Mellinger made the dean's list every semester, received several academic awards and scholarships, and was recognized as a University Scholar for placing in the top 2% of his class. He also had the opportunity to intern with the Pittsburgh Steelers' athletic training staff for the 2019 season.
A 2016 graduate of Garden Spot High School, he is the son of Randy and Lucinda Mellinger of New Holland. Brady plans to continue his education at the University of Pittsburgh in pursuit of a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
