Governor Dick Environmental Center, 3283 Pinch Road, Mount Gretna, will offer a Mindfulness Hike on Friday, Aug. 9, at 8 a.m. The half-mile forest-bathing hike is designed to relax and engage the senses.
There is a nominal fee per person. Preregistration is required by contacting governordick@hotmail.com or 717-964-3808 and providing a name and phone number in case the program is canceled.
