The Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society (LMHS), 2215 Millstream Road, Lancaster, will host the Mini Bookworm Frolic from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, and Friday, Sept. 18, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19. The public is invited to stock up on books. Customers must observe social distancing and wear a mask.
Books will be on sale both inside the building and outside under a tent. The event will feature various categories such as history, biography, children's, fiction, religious, and Christian fiction. Hardback books and paperback books will be priced separately. On Saturday, the books will be half-price or customers can fill a box for a set fee.
Payment may be made with a credit card, cash, or a check. Proceeds will benefit LMHS' nonprofit educational mission.
