Stephen and Traci Minnick of Millersville have announced the engagement of their daughter, Cecelia Grace Minnick of Millersville, to Eric Michael Snyder of Lancaster.
The bride-elect graduated from Penn Manor High School in 2016 and The Pennsylvania State University in 2020. She is employed by Baker Tilly in Lancaster.
Mr. Snyder is the son of Brian and Mary Snyder of Lancaster. He graduated from Penn Manor High School in 2016 and Towson University in 2019. He is employed by Ecore International in Lancaster.
An Oct. 23 wedding is planned.
