Victory Christian Fellowship, 695 E. Ridge Road, Palmyra, will welcome Andrew Taylor on Sunday, July 21, at 10 a.m. Taylor works with the APT (AustralAsia-Pacific) Foundation, a teaching and mission organization that supports pastors in developing countries, constructs church buildings, feeds and educates poverty-stricken children, establishes elementary and secondary schools, and pioneers Bible colleges.
