Local self-storage company Moove In Self Storage (MISS) has expanded its portfolio into the Dillsburg market. The company has acquired Stop and Store, which is located just off Route 15 across from the Giant anchored retail center.
The acquisition adds more than 348 storage units totaling more than 44,000 square feet of storage to the MISS portfolio, which now stands at 35 locations throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. The asset will be managed by Investment Real Estate Management under the MISS brand.
Stop and Store Self Storage was built in 1998 and consists of five buildings with traditional drive-up access storage units. There is an older rental office and apartment that will be remodeled into a modern 900-square-foot office using the MISS motif with retail and customer service features.
