The Lancaster County Newcomers and Neighbors club will hold a luncheon on Wednesday, Feb. 12. The program will feature Jeannie Hubbs, an educational interpreter.
Hubbs has more than 40 years of experience using sign language to help children who are deaf or hearing impaired. She will provide insight into sign language and her experiences with it. There is a fee to attend.
