Brubaker Park, 100 Brubaker Lane, East Earl, will be the site of the 5K Run to Help Children on Saturday, July 27, at 9 a.m. Registration will begin at 8 a.m.
Participants will run, walk or crawl through the 5K trail course and get doused with colored powder and foam at many of the color stations set up along the path.
Proceeds will benefit the nonprofit organization We Help Children Inc., which works with abused and abandoned children in Central America. The organization was founded by Drew and Cindy Metcalf.
Separate registration fees have been set for adults and for children age 10 and under. Participants who register before Saturday, June 29, will receive a discount.
