Orsini Wins Scholarship

The Student Research Foundation (SRF) has announced that Annabella Orsini is the first-place winner of the 2018-2019 Personal Achievement College Scholarship. Orsini is a 2019 graduate of Twin Valley High School in Elverson and was selected from a pool of more than 4,000 applicants from across the country. Orsini is currently enrolled at Ursinus College in Collegeville and plans to study astrophysics.

Each year, SRF awards postsecondary scholarships to students across the country who have done something that positively impacts their lives and the lives of others around them. To see a list of all winners, readers may visit http://www.studentresearchfoundation.org.

SRF awarded $25,000 in scholarship prizes: $15,000 to the first-place winner, $5,000 to the second-place winner, and $2,500 each to the two third-place winners. Winners can use their SRF scholarships to help offset the cost of their postsecondary education.

The SRF is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that serves to provide the latest research data through cutting-edge analysis and strong partnerships with organizations dedicated to 21st-century education.
