Governor Dick Environmental Center, 3283 Pinch Road, Mount Gretna, will offer fall events. Programs are open to the public, but preregistration is required by contacting 717-964-3808 or governordick@hotmail.com and providing a name and phone number. Attendees should meet at the Environmental Center.
A November Nocturne Bonfire will take place on Saturday, Nov. 6, at 6 p.m. There will be a roasted marshmallow recipe contest, refreshments, games for children, and more. A fee applies. In the event of rain, the program will be rescheduled for Saturday, Nov. 13.
Music on the Porch, a bluegrass jam, will be held on Sunday, Nov. 7. The free event will run from 1 to 4 p.m.
