History and political science faculty at York College, 441 Country Club Road, York, will participate in a panel discussion of the legal and historical context of impeachment at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, in DeMeester Hall, Wolf Hall, on campus. The event, "Impeachment: Then and Now," will cover the constitutional process of impeachment, the framers' intentions behind the measure, and the three most notable examples of impeachment in American history.
